Unbeatable price guarantee

Our guarantee extends to all identical products and that meet the following criteria:

• They have the same SKU as items stocked at My Bathroom Depot.
• They are in stock and available at our competitor’s store.
• They are not excluded from the UPG (see below).

• Cashback, coupon, or discount code offers (e.g., supplier cashback, reduced prices via paper coupons or electronic codewords)

• Commercial quantities and pricing (e.g. reduced prices not accessible to the public)

• Stock liquidations (e.g., clearance products from competitors or items from businesses in receivership)

• We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities.

• Please note that the 5% discount from the Unbeatable Price Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• Matched price is valid for one-time use. Subsequent purchases of previously price-matched items will be subject to the current price at the time of purchase, unless a new price match is acquired.

Our Unbeatable Price Guarantee covers products found online, provided they are identical and available. When assessing the UPG against online retailers, we also consider the additional delivery costs to your location (if applicable). If the identical, in-stock product can be purchased and delivered to your location from an online retailer at a total cost lower than the one we are offering, we will beat that total cost by 5%. Please note that the 5% discount from the Unbeatable Price Guarantee cannot be combined with any other offer.
